At Whidbey Pies we make every pie by hand: weighing and portioning out the dough, mixing the fruit, filling the pie shells, placing and crimping the top. No two pies will ever be exactly the same, however each pie maker has their unique style for crimping. Eat enough pie and you will begin to recognize the individual pie makers "signature"

You asked and we listened, folks – you can now enjoy our classic Apple, Marion and Pumpkin Pies made gluten free, available by the slice or whole to take home. Made in partnership with 5b’s Bakery (a dedicated GF bakery), each pie is handmade with the quality, care and love you can always expect from us.
We feature a rotating option of vegetarian and meat pies and quiche on our lunch menu
- House roasted turkey, turkey gravy, Banshee bread sausage stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes and yams.
